What to Do If You Can’t Get Pregnant
If you and your partner have been trying to get pregnant without any success, you are not alone. Hundreds of thousands of couples every year find themselves in the same situation as you. When you realize that your effort to have a baby is not working, then there are a few options you have. The first and most important thing you can do is go see a doctor. Infertility doctors, or IVF doctors, are available near you that will handle the delicate matter of having a child with you and your spouse while giving you all the information you need about your specific condition. Before you try any at home remedies to try and correct the problem, make sure to get in touch with an IVF doctor as soon as possible.
In addition to finding a good infertility doctor that you trust, it is a good idea to educate yourself. By learning as much as you can about infertility and the possible causes for it, you can arm yourself with information that will help you understand whatever the doctor has to say to you. Obviously, having a child is a huge decision for most couples, and the effect of infertility on people who have chosen to conceive can be devastating. However, when you look up information and you know what your options are, then you will be prepared to hear the news of whatever condition, if any, you and your partner might be subject to.
Infertility in healthy couples is usually the stem of any combination of three issues: irregular ovulation, weak sperm count, and closed or damaged fallopian tubes. While these problems might seem like major issues, there are several things that can be done to help increase the chances of couples who suffer from one, some, or all of these problems. It is difficult to indicate whether or not people suffer from weak sperm count or damaged fallopian tubes, but ovulation is quite easy to keep track of.
When you are trying to have a baby, it is a good idea to keep track of the woman’s ovulation cycles. While it is possible to get pregnant at any time, there are prime times during the ovulation cycle where the chances of getting pregnant greatly increase. By keeping track of the woman’s ovulation cycles, a couple can calculate when the best time to try and conceive is.
If after a few months it becomes apparent that the ovulation cycles are not occurring regularly, then it is definitely time to get in contact with an infertility doctor. Getting in touch with one of the IVF doctors in your area will help you and your spouse recognize all of your options and figure out what the best route of action is for you.

The Benefits of Water Fasting
Guest Post By Stephen K
To understand fasting, it is better to read a good book like “Fasting and Eating for Health, A Medical Doctor’s Program for Conquering Diseases” b y Dr. Joel Fuhrman, M.D.. I understood what to expect, what I was getting into, the risks, dangers and huge benefits. It is worth reading. The fast went off without a gliche. The only problem to note is that when it came to its conclusion, I was anticipating eating again, yet I followed the slow introduction of food again. I broke with the program a little early when coming out of the fast after 3 days, I came into a severe case of hay fever, pollen everywhere here. I knew that if I could just go ahead with day four of reintroducing cooked foods that the hay fever would vanished, so at midnight of day 3 after the fast, I didn’t wait any longer, I ate beans and rice a few hours early and the hay fever did vanish.
Taking no medicines is very important during a water fast. For this reason, it is important if someone does to work with a doctor. Medicines and water fasting are counterproductive to each other. This can make fasting dangerous, yet without medicines, the fast is safe. My first fast, my blood pressure was still high and as it climbed during the first two days of the fast, I could have harmed myself when I took a pill to level it back off while still fasting. When things went bad a day later while fasting (my heart bouncing around the place with pains and abnormal spasms), broke the fast. This second fast, I avoided all medicines, even when my blood pressure went up during the early part (blood pressure is harmful, not so much in the short term but in the long term (years of abusive high blood pressure)). After about 6 to 7 days my blood pressure finally went to normal and stayed there.
Blueberry Facts
I just really want to share about blueberries and its health benefits.
According to research currently underway at the USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University, blueberries top the list of some 40 fruits, juices, and vegetable in their antioxidant activity. Concord grape juice is next on the list with about two thirds of the antioxidant activity of blueberries followed by strawberries, kale, and spinach.
